Dr. Audrey Tai
Dr. Tai is a board certified, fellowship trained ophthalmologist, specializing in cataract, laser vision correction, corneal, and anterior segment surgery.
Dr. Tai graduated with High Honors in Biochemistry from Rutgers University. She went on to receive a master’s degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and her medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences in California. During her Ophthalmology residency at University at Buffalo, she was chosen as Chief Resident. Dr. Tai then completed a fellowship in corneal, external diseases and refractive surgery at the renowned Gavin Herbert Eye Institute at University of California, Irvine, surrounded by the latest in technology and innovation and mentored by national and international leaders. During her education, Dr. Tai received multiple awards including Sigma Sigma Phi National Honor Society, Alpha Epsilon Delta National Honor Society, East West Scholarship, and the Hilda S. Foster Scholarship. After completing her fellowship training at UC Irvine, Dr. Tai opted to stay in Orange County to provide her patients with personalized care, incorporating state-of-the-art surgical technique and technology. |
